CA Technologies says that Gonçalo Leitão has joined the Company as Vice President (VP) of Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this role, he assumes responsibility for CA Services operations throughout the region, and is charged with ensuring customers continue to achieve rapid, enduring results and maximum business value from their investment in CA Technologies solutions. Gonçalo Leitão joins CA Technologies after 16 years at SAP, during which time he was appointed to many senior worldwide management roles.

In his role as VP of CA Services for EMEA, Gonçalo Leitão will help customers innovate to drive competitive differentiation, and enable them to identify new revenue streams to drive growth and obtain increased value from IT. Moreover, he and his team of CA Services experts will assist customers to develop the capabilities necessary to become an agile business—creating speed, managing cost and risk, and delivering the innovation which inspires increased performance.
A Portuguese national, Gonçalo Leitão joins CA Technologies with an outstanding career track record. His 16 years at SAP included many high-level and influential roles, including Chief Operating Officer EMEA, Senior Vice President Business Transformation and Program Office EMEA, and Senior Vice President Head of Field Services EMEA South.
Prior to SAP, he worked at Dun & Bradstreet Software in Portugal and was responsible for launching their client server application software.
